SILAS

Silas (@silasdotcom) is a producer, vocalist, and thereminist based in New York City. In performance, he playfully explores the bounds of this analog instrument by routing its signal through various digital processes, sometimes changing its use entirely. He is currently evolving his solo practice into a band format featuring Erinn Buhyoff and Isaac Silber with a first release slated for later this summer. He also collaborates with DJ Miss Parker as Freexxone&Fuzzee and plays in Liam Benzvi’s Splash Band."

ISAAC SILBER

isaac silber is a multi-instrumentalist recording engineer, sound designer, writer and student, who dreams of a free Palestine. isaac started out as a drummer, slowly evolving a love for guitar, bass, keys, microphones and electronics, but always returning to the drums as a primary site of expression and reflection. he/they are currently pursuing a PhD in Performance Studies at NYU with a focus on the entanglement between underground forms of music-making, black feminist and queer of color critique, and the dissolution of whiteness and/as individual subjectivity. www.isaacnsilber.com

ERINN BUHYOFF

Erinn Buhyoff (b.1994) is a Saxophonist whose practice focuses on improvisation strategies and experimentation. Through an interpretation of shifting geographies and environments, he seeks to activate the latent performance networks that lie dormant in our surroundings."

SOL CABRINI

Originally from Chicago, Sol Cabrini is an artist and academic. She is a doctoral candidate in the Performance Studies program at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Cabrini composes music under the alias Sol Patches. She is the author of Tgirl.jpg, released by Roof Books, an imprint of Segue Foundation. She credits her Louisiana-Mississippi-Tennessee heritage as crucial sites of expression, tradition, creolization, and celebration.
